Hello Everyone! For this project, I needed something to hold my yummy Dove Caramel and Milk Chocolate Pumpkins, which I picked up at Target. I know people can get intimidated by the thought of making boxes, but this is an easy one to start with.

Cut a piece of DSP that is 4 3/8″ x 5″.

Score at 1 1/4″, 2 1/2″, 3 3/4″ & 5″ on the 5 3/8″ side, then rotate and score at 1 1/4″ & 3 3/4″ on the 5″ inch side.

Cut along all the score lines on the 1 1/4″ edges and remove the two small flaps, leaving the middle 1/2″ piece.

Die cut the window in the second panel over from the 1/2″ tab.

Place tear tape on the 1/2″ tab and adhere the box closed on the side. Fold in the bottom tabs to make the bottom of the box and use tear tape to adhere it closed on the last flap. Add the candy to the box. Fold the tabs over, wrap the ribbon around the box, and tie a bow.

Die-cut the small postage stamp from the Ornate Frames Dies in Basic Black cardstock. Stamp the sentiment in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. Using just the outer edge of the frame, layer the sentiment and glue it down. String Whisper White Bakers Twine through the hole in the ornate frame and tie the tag around the Basic Black Scalloped Edge ribbon.

Now, it is your turn to make one of these cute boxes. Once you’re done with your creations, feel free to post them in the comments or on my Facebook page. I would love to see what you design.

Thanks for stopping by today, and see you soon.

Happy Stamping!
