Hello Everyone! As you can see, I dared to open it; how could I not? I love Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups; something about the pumpkin shape makes them taste better!

This cute coffin treat would be a great project to work on with your kids or grandkids. It is a perfect little treat they can pass out to their friends.

Place the Scroll Pattern from the Basic Pattern Decorative Mask onto the Coffin Treat lid, ensuring you center the pattern. Using a sponge, cover the coffin lid with VersaMark Ink and heat emboss using Clear Embossing Powder.

Using Tear Tape, put together the coffin box.

For the ribbon, you will need a 7″ piece of each of the following: Terracotta Tile Scalloped Linen Ribbon, Whisper White Bakers Twine, and Basic Black Scalloped Edge Ribbon; starting with the Terracotta Tile Ribbon, cut off the colored edges on both side and set aside the linen center we won’t be using that part in this project and using the Basic Black Scalloped Edge Ribbon, loop in half like a cancer ribbon. Next, gather the cut edges of the Terracotta Tile Ribbon and the Whisper White Bakers Twine together, and you will tie these around the black ribbon below the loop you made. I just tied it once, and it holds well. Adhere the ribbon to the coffin lid with glue dots. The embellishment you create next will go over the ribbon.

Die cut the smaller decorative frame from the Ornate Frame Dies using Mercury Glass Decorative Acetate to make the embellishment. Die cut the coordinating frame for the sentiment in Terracotta Tile cardstock and adhere to the mercury glass layer with dimensionals. Stamp the sentiment in Terracotta Tile Ink, then use a rag to carefully wipe the outside frame and the skull and recolor with the Basic Black Marker. Huff onto the image before you stamp the image into the Whisper White cardstock to remoisten the ink. Die cut using the Ornate Frames Die and glue to the Terracotta Tile layer. Place a Raven from the Monster Bash Enamel Shapes to the bottom edge of the sentiment layer. Using dimensional, adhere the sentiment embellishment over the top of the black ribbon.

I dare you not to eat all the peanut butter cups before you finish your projects. I know I couldn’t.

Thanks for stopping by today, and see you soon.

Happy Stamping!
